How to Request Account and Data Deletion
To initiate the process of deleting your account and associated data, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to dev@cybearsoft.com with the subject line “Request for Account Deletion”.
- Provide your username or email associated with the account you wish to delete.
- Optionally, you may include the reason for deletion. This will help us improve our services in the future.
We will confirm receipt of your request and inform you about the progress of the deletion process.
What Data Will Be Deleted
Upon receiving your deletion request, we will remove the following data:
